What are the shipping times for your products?
We take 2-4 days to process your order and then 7-12 working days to deliver it to you.
Are you shipping all over the world?
Yes, absolutely. We ship worldwide.
Where do we send your product from?
Our offices are located in Saint Anne, on Reunion Island. Our international warehouse is located in China.
Do you provide product monitoring/tracking information?
Yes, wait 3 days after your order and ask us via email to contact@diversmart.fr.
What is missing some articles on my order, what's going on?
Our products are shipped separately according to your order. If it contains for example articles from two different warehouses, there will therefore be two deliveries. The rest of the order will certainly arrive shortly.
I received a damaged item. What can I do?
We are sorry to hear this. Just send us an image of the damaged item in question at the email address: contact@diversmart.fr And we will send you a similar replacement article as quickly as possible.

I still have not received my order. What takes so long?
